20) And God said, “Let the waters swarm with swarms of living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the heavens.” 21) So God created the great sea creatures and every living creature that moves, with which the waters swarm, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:20,21)
I am the biggest coward in the world when it comes to street photography, but when I saw these two having a conversation I thought I would give it a try. It was in the middle of the day and the sun was out in full force. I can flip my LCD screen where I can look down while I’m taking a photo, so I decided to try it that way.
Other than the fact that I had the courage to take the image, what I really like is that I caught the two dogs looking my way without anything blocking them.
This is where my treasure is.
Well, I don’t know if this qualifies as a selfie. This is my profile picture which took me about 20 shots before I got it right. My bridge camera was on a tri-pod on a ten second delay. then I had to run over to a chair which I had set up by a north window in my home. It took about 20 tries, but I’m pleased with the outcome.
The background is a bit busy. But, given the fact that this was shot with my Galaxy S4, I can live with it.
The cross was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this weeks challenge. I like the way the branches on the right seem to be presenting the cross.
